• Email Marketing
• Analytics and Reporting

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed between the Company and the Client.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees for services will be communicated in advance in writing
• Payment is required as per the agreed schedule in the Service Agreement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes will be charged separately
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined separately in our Refund Policy page. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services
• Grant necessary access to your website, ad accounts, and analytics platforms
• Respond promptly to communications and requests for approvals
• Comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.)
• Not use our services for any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities

7. No Guarantees

Any examples, case studies, or projections shared on our website are for illustration only and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Royal Infotech. and protected by copyright laws
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables specifically created for them
• Our internal tools, strategies, and methodologies remain our intellectual property

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Royal Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the last 3 months
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or policy violations
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• Company will provide all completed deliverables
• Access to client accounts and platforms will be transferred back to the client
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination

12. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve working with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. We are not responsible for:

• Changes in third-party policies or algorithms
• Account suspensions or bans caused by violations of their terms
• Downtime, outages, or technical issues on third-party platforms

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Make false or misleading claims
• Promote prohibited products or services (as defined by advertising platforms)

14. Indemnification
